There is a dead woman in Oasis that is just dying for your love. Pick up this mission from the Bounty Board aboard Scarlett's ship to show her the kind of man/woman you are.

After getting this mission from the bounty board, you're going to need to hit some waypoints out in Wurmwater using your skiff. The first one is not far but it's up on the tip of a hill. Once you go through it, the timer will start so start going around Wurmwater to hit these markers. On a couple of occasions, you're going to go by some pretty hostile spots but just run away from the enemies because they aren't worth your time.
If you are having trouble doing this mission, it might be better if you did it alone so that you could look at your map without running time down. Just be sure to try and approach the waypoints from the right angle. The toughest one is one where you have to boost over a ramp to hit it in mid-air. When you've hit them all, the last waypoint should have left you next to Captain Scarlett's ship so climb up and drop it off at the bounty board.
