This mission can be taken after getting the mission "Two Easy Pieces". You'll have to search for this bottle by the entrance to Wurmwater. After entering Wurmwater from Oasis, you'll see a camp immediately to your right. You'll have to get through the camp to the other side to find this bottle perched in a tree sticking out over a gorge. Climb along the tree and grab the bottle to start the mission.

After getting this bottle, follow the waypoint and it will point to a section in the middle of nowhere. You'll have to approach the waypoint from the east side to be able to get there. You'll find a small valley in the rocks that will lead in that direction.
To get to the way point, you'll have to cross a bandit camp. The camp isn't particularly densely packed so it is definitely possible to run through to the other side but there is also a Cursed Pirate in the group and you may not want to possibly get surprised by him later. Make your way through the camp however you like and you'll come to a round open area with two anchors forming an X in the middle.
You'll be attacked by a couple of Sand Worms here so be ready. They shouldn't be too tough but they may still be a new enemy to you so take the time to get familiar with how to fight them. Once they are dead, check the SW corner of the area for a large black X on the ground. Go over to that and inspect it to dig out a chest. Loot the chest to finish the mission.
