Kill Yourself is a mission given by Handsome Jack via the Eridium Blight bounty board. You can access it after the mission "Where Angels Fear to Tread".

Handsome Jack wants you to go kill yourself. He will give you a waypoint for a cliff where you can jump off. Head to Lover's Leap, and you'll see a Marauder jumping off to claim his prize.
On the building nearby, there is a button that calls the Hyperion Suicide Prevention hotline, which completes the "Don't do it" part, giving you more XP, but no Eridium and with the hotline calling you a coward. If you want to get some easy Eridium, jump off the cliff, and you'll respawn at the last used New-U Station. Handsome Jack will send a transmission telling you to return to the bounty board and calling you a bitch.
