This mission starts immediately after you finish "Reach the Dead Drop" and involves you sneaking into the basement of "The Holy Spirit" to find where the Zafords stash their money.

You start this mission in the "Holy Spirit" bar anyway so simply make your way to the basement and once you are there, start moving through the cellar slowly. In fact, it might be safer to crouch down and simply walk that way for the duration of the mission to maintain a safe distance.
Eventually, you'll come to a hallway with stairs leading down and a door directly across from you. Approach slowly until the Bagman comes out from that room. Immediately hide behind some cover and wait for the Bagman to pass by. Follow him slowly, keeping a good distance between the two of you. The Hodunks will let you know if you're getting too close but you can let him get a pretty good lead with no ill effects so just take your time.
You'll follow him to the back of the cellar, drop down a hole and make your way through a cave. This cave will lead to another point where you can drop down with some large ammo chests to the left. Grab the ammo and then drop down. You'll see the Zaford at the far end of this large cavern (called Ale Wee Cavern). Attack him when you are ready.
He's not as tough as a normal boss but he does have a disappearing and teleporting trick that can make him a little tricky so stay on your toes. Try to keep your distance when you can because he will likely be carrying a shotgun. Keep pumping him with lead and when he goes down, check near him for the key to the cavern.
Scattered around this cavern are 10 large chests filled with cash. Make sure you find all 10 before you use the key to open the exit. Once you do, you'll no longer be able to finish the optional objective. When you are done collecting all the cash here, climb up out of the hole and return to Jimbo Hodunk for your reward.
