This mission is actually pretty simple but it's also time consuming. You basically have to go back to the Rustyards and retrace your steps to collect all the pieces that Scooter needs. This means going through the village and fighting the anchormen, going through the ship and going all the way through the end of the Dreg Scrapyards. It may actually be worth your time to go across on the gondola and to work backwards though so you can avoid the first town.
The first piece (Control Switch) is going to be just inside the ship past the first gate but to get it, you're going to have to climb to the top floor by going left just inside the ship and climbing the ladder to the roof.
Piece number two is the circuit box which you'll find in the far back left of the ship above where you would have found Toothless Terry during "Just Desserts for Desert Deserters". Keep to the high ground as long as you can so you can easily adjust downward to grab this piece.
Piece three is on the ship that sent the tapes flying about during the mission "Crazy About You". Cross the bridge to stand on the ship and you should find the "rack bolt".
The next piece is the coolant disperser which will be in the Coobie Gorge. You'll have to make your way back into the ship again and you'll find this in the shack next to which you found the message in a bottle. It should be right on the desk.
The last piece is in the Scrapyards. You'll find the Turret engine on top of one of the half buried buildings on the right side of the yards. Climb up on top and you'll find it next to two chests.
With all the pieces in hand, return to the bounty board and send them to Scooter and collect your reward.
