This mission starts immediately after this mission "The Once and Future Slab". You get this mission from Roland who will send you to Handsome Jack's new city called Opportunity. You need to find and kill one of Jack's body doubles. There are a number of missions that can be done at the same time while you are here but Opportunity is a dangerous place so unless you are very strong (say level 26+), I would hold off on them.

Opportunity
You'll have to get to Opportunity by going through the Highlands. When you get there, it's going to look pretty docile but keep on your guard because this is essentially a bandit camp. Engineers can spawn from most doors while Loaders and Constructors can drop in just about anywhere.
Just follow the waypoint on the map and you should find the Handsome Jack double in a lower area under a large glass pyramid building and near an information kiosk. He's going to be surround by some guards so be ready for a fight. The body double will be able to spontaneously regenerate his shields but you really want to focus on his guards first. Kill them and then you'll be able to take him down so fast that his shields recharging won't matter.
When you kill the body double, loot him for a pocket watch. Go to the nearby information kiosk and activate the switch in front of it. This will activate a recording. I'm unsure if walking too far during the recording will invalidate it and force you to return but they are generally only about five seconds long so run around near the information kiosk after hitting the button until Jack stops talking.
Once you've finished listening to this first one, do the same with four more kiosks. When you've listened to all four, you'll be sent to a communications room where you'll have to send the data to Angel. This room can be kind of hard to find because the area where it is has multiple levels and getting to the next one might not be as easy as just jumping over a railing, you may need to exit the area and approach from a different angle to get to it. There are two doors to this room but you want the door that is in a long hallway, not the one that has outside access. This door won't open.
Inside the room, upload the information to Angel and hit the button. Loot the chest in this room and then grab the voice modulator. Leave the room and head back to the entrance to Opportunity. Fast travel back to Sanctuary and report to Roland.
