Ellies Garage is a Chop Shop located in the Dust. Here, Ellie dismantles all manner of vehicles with a particular interest in Bandit vehicles (with the bandits still inside!). You come to her shop during the mission "A Dam Fine Rescue" to get a hold of a Bandit Technical so you can sneak past a checkpoint.
You can also receive two optional side missions here. One comes from a man on her property who sends you to the Goose's Roost for the mission "Too Close for Missiles" and the other comes from Ellie herself who asks you to collect hood ornaments in "Positive Self Image"
