You can get this mission from Tannis early. It has you delivering a pizza to a group of "mutants" that are living in a "sewer" under the Bloodshot Stronghold.

Grab the pizza from Moxxi's. Go to the Bloodshot stronghold and follow it until you come to the room just after you start the mission "Out of Body Experience". This is the large room with a small room on the left, giant turbines on the right and two small bridges leading over a canal. Jump into the canal and head west.
Following this path will lead you through the tunnels, through some bandits, and then to a large manhole that is opened via a buzzer. When it opens up, drop in and lay down the pizza on the table. When you do so, you'll be found out and attacked by four oddly colored men. Killing all four of them will satisfy the mission but if you go through the newly opened door, you can find an extra loot room. Return to Tannis for your reward.
