You get this mission from Dr. Zed in Sanctuary after "Where Angels Fear to Tread". It is a series of missions that sends you around in search of different monster parts. This first mission requires Spiderant parts.

Getting the Spiderant parts is actually quite easy. Fast travel to the Dust and once you get there, turn around and walk behind Ellie's garage. In the junk yard behind her garage, you should be able to find a nest of Spiderants and if that doesn't give you enough, there should be more deeper in. You may enounter anything from tiny spiderlings to King Spiderants and they may also scale in level to some degree. Kill any four of the spiderants and pick up the parts they drop. When you're done, take them back to Zed for your reward.
