There's a poor wounded skag chained up to a crate at the edge of Lynchwood. He looks pretty harmless to me...

There is a wounded Skag opposite from where you first enter Lynchwood, by the steps leading up to the area with the Rat Bandits. Its name is Dukino and Scooter chimes in, asking you to shoot his chain to release him. He notes that it seems to be injured and tells you to go get some medicine for him. The medicine is on a crate on a building nearby, so kill all of the Bandits, then climb some steps and jump onto the building with the Puppy Medicine.
Your next task is to find 5 things of food for Dukino. Go through the tunnel left of the entrance to Lynchwood, then go to each of the waypoints to find a piece of food; you're looking for food carts, which have a piece of Skag rotating around. Once you get all 5 pieces of food, bring it back to feed it to Dukino and finish the mission.
