Mordecai is a little distraught after the loss of his friend and he's asking you to help him get through it in the only logical way: booze. He wants you to go to the Dust and snag some of the Hodunks' Rakkahol.

Head out to the Dust and make sure to grab yourself a 'Ride. The mission is actually quite simple. Out in the Dust (marked by a waypoint), you'll find a van driving around in circles. You just need to keep shooting it with rockets or bullets until it drops a case of Rakkahol. When it falls off, drive over it to pick it up. Do this ten times to collect all the Rakkahol you need. Just be careful of the various bandits and Buzzards driving around (and don't forget Spiderants!).
When you've collected 10 cases of Rakkahol, you can either return it to Mordecai so that he can drink away his problems or you can give it to Moxxi so that she can sell it and deprive Mordecai of his vice. Giving it to Mordecai will net you a sniper rifle while giving it to Moxxi will get you her pistol.
