The Orbital Receiving and Processing station is just to the south of the Hyperion Extraction Plant in the Highlands - Outwash. During the mission "Bright Lights, Flying City", you'll come here to collect an Orbital Drop Beacon. As you attempt to pick it up, it will be eaten by a Gluttonous Thresher. You'll have to kill this Thresher to get the beacon back.
