The Rapscallion is most similar to the basic Marauder type bandits. They tend to stay at a distance, crouch when shooting and carry small arms like pistols for combat. Because of the restriction of their weapon, they tend to be poor shots at more than medium range and don't do a whole lot of damage since they don't fire as rapidly as they could.
The biggest danger from these enemies is that they can be distracting and cause you to not notice some of the more deadly pirates.
