After picking this mission up, make your way to Three Horns - Valley via your chosen method of transport. Once there, you need to find Southpaw Steam & Power, a large building near the middle of the map and near to the southern exit to Three Horns - Divide.
The entrance is guarded by a few bandits and contains a weapons crate that you can get to by jumping onto the shipping crate in the middle and then onto the roof nearby.
Once you have cleared this entrance, proceed through the door to the interior of the building.
- Objective: Murder Assassin Wot
- Bonus: Assassinate Wot with a Pistol
After the loading screen, straight to your left are Zed and Ammo Dump vending machines should you need them.
Follow the path into a large and open room. Here you'll find a lower section and an upper section (where you are when you enter), stay on the upper section and follow the path into another section of the room with a large door on the far side, killing bandits on the way.
Once in this room, you'll find another cluster of enemies and when you walk close enough to the large door, it should open to reveal a Badass Psycho and Assassin Wot. Wot shouldn't be too tough, basically being just a normal bandit with extra health.
- Objective: Waste Assassin Oney
- Bonus: Assassinate Oney with a Sniper Rifle
Carry on along the path into a new open section with a door on the far side in front of you and sets of stairs to your left. Go down the stairs to the next large door which will open upon your arrival, revealing Oney and quite a few Suicide Psychos.
Oney, like Wot, is not that tough, being just a Nomad with a bigger health bar. Kill him with a sniper rifle to complete the bonus objective.
- Objective: Kill Assassin Reeth
- Bonus: Assassinate Reeth with a Melee attack
After having killed Oney and cleared the nearby area of loot and enemies, go down the stairs near to the large door Oney came from. Follow the path and you'll come to some ammo crates and a weapons crate. Carry on past here and through a door marked: Caution.
This will take you into another large section filled with Psychos, Suicide Psychos, Nomads and Crazed Marauders. The large door that Reeth comes through is on the far side - make your way there.
Once at the door, more psychos appear and then are folllowed by a Nomad Taskmaster and Reeth himself. In order to get the melee bonus objective, it is probably wise to take care of the other enemies first so that you can focus all your attention on Reeth afterwards.
Reeth is a little bit more annoying than the others, being a tougher version of a Psycho - darting around and dealing fire damage. Luckily, it doesn't take too much to kill him other than good aim.
- Objective: MDK Assassin Rouf
- Bonus: Kill Rouf with a Shotgun
After killing Reeth, make sure you loot the weapons chest just to the right of the stairs near the door he came through. Afterwards, make your way through the door right next to Reeth's door.
In the next room, you'll find some ammo crates and another weapons crate for you to loot. Once done, move on up the stairs to the next large room.
Upon entry to this section, you'll be instantly attacked by more bandits. Clear the room of them and make you way to the large door on the far end (should be directly across from where you came in). Killing all the bandits should open the door and reveal Rouf.
Rouf is accompanied by two Nomad Taskmasters. Fighting him would probably be easier should you kill the Taskmasters first (Effective use of the slag barrels makes this much easier).
Once Rouf has been killed, the door near his entryway should open, revealing a corridor that takes you all the way back to the entrance of the plant (with a gun chest on the way).
Now that the quest has been finished, head back to Sanctuary to turn it in and claim your reward!
