3:10 to Kaboom is a mission that has you destroying a train in the town of Lynchwood. It is likely a reference to the movie "3:10 to Yuma" which is about a man trying to bring a criminal to Yuma for a reward. The movie is more about trying to get to the train than the train itself but the title is clearly a reference to the movie.
