The mission has you going to find and kill a DJ who uses a lot of profanity. This man's name is DJ and when you encounter him, his name displays as "DJ Tanner". This is very likely a reference to the late 80's, early 90's family sitcom Full House.
The show is about life in the Tanner household where the father Danny is an anchor on a very tame (even boring) morning news show. One of his daughters is named DJ Tanner.
