All your plundering, looting, and killing has come to the attention of a Union of pirates. They don't take kindly to independent pirating and they want you out of the picture. You can pick this mission up from the bounty board on Captain Scarlett's ship after the mission "A Study in Scarlett".

Once you are ready, grab whichever skiff you feel most comfortable fighting in (though I recommend the one with rockets). You're going to head southwest to find this Union. They want to kill you but you're going to kill them first. Follow the waypoints and at each one you are going to find 2-3 enemy Union Skiffs.
Fight off the Skiffs that attack you and kill them. You need to kill five in total and they are going to be a lot tougher than the ones you fought by Captain Scarlett's ship. I found it was easiest to travel sideways along side them so that my skiff was perpendicular to theirs. As they move along, shoot towards their nose and you should have no problem making contact.
Once you've destroyed all five skiffs, you can return to the bounty board for your reward.
