Feel free to grab a vehicle and head to the main pipeline, marked on your map with a waypoint marker. When you get there, some kind of rumbling will happen and the ladder will fall down. JNK Loaders mentions the pipe looks cracked and says if you overload it, it will burst and you can get inside via that method. Head to the first pumping station and take out the Loaders and Hyperion Personnel, then use the handles to start overloading the pipeline.
After you finish with the first station, you'll need to find the second and third ones. Head towards the closer waypoint and take the elevator down to Pumping Station No. 2. Inside, you'll encounter SGT and ION Loaders on your way to the second set of handles. Turn the handles, then get out and head to the third pumping station.Here, you'll fight some more Hyperion Personnel and Loaders, so take them out and turn the third set of handles to finish this part.
Get a vehicle, if you don't have one, from the nearby Catch-A-Ride, then head back to the pipeline. Drive your vehicle up the ramp until you get the pipe to burst, then head inside and start heading toward the waypoint marker. Once you're inside, climb the ladder and take out the enemies, then head to Arid Nexus - Badlands.
To those who have played the first game, this place should look a little familiar. New to you in this area are JNK Loaders, which are pretty much just GUN Loaders, but made out of junk. When you approach the elevator to the stockade, a very, very large Loader will show up, whose name is Saturn. Saturn is completely optional, but it might be very hard to avoid due to its size.
Either way, take the elevator up and start following the road here. Be very careful not to fall off, otherwise you will have to trek back to the elevator. Eventually, you'll have to fight through some Loaders and even a Constructor before you reach your destination. Once all the enemies are cleared, head to the facility and you'll fight some Hyperion Personnel at the entrance, then some Loaders on the third floor. Once they're all done, use the terminal to download the Warrior location. Onceyou grab the data, head out (there will be two Constructors on this floor) and head back to Sanctuary to finish the mission.
