Unlock Golden Keys
Find the “WillowDLC.ini” file located in the “\Steam\steamapps\common\Borderlands 2\DLC\POPremierClub\Lic” folder. Use a text editor to open the file. In the file, look for this section:
[GoldenKeys]
+SourceId=254
+NumKeys=1
To get as many Golden Keys as you want, change the value of “+Numkeys=#” from “1″ to the number of Golden Keys you want. Find the Golden Key chest and open it. Each time you open the loot box, you’ll use one key. The chest will drop rare loot each time it is opening. After dropping weapons, it will close again and allow you to open the chest again.
Unlock Promo Items
To unlock every promo item, find the “WillowDLC.ini” file located in the “\Steam\steamapps\common\Borderlands 2\DLC\POPremierClub\Lic” folder. Use a text editor to open the file. In the file, look for this section and update it to match the following:
[PromotionalUnlocks]
+UnlockId=1
+UnlockId=2
+UnlockId=3
+UnlockId=4
***NOTE*** 2K Games have since updated the game to correct this. If you use a non-updated Borderlands 2, then the cheat will work. If you have it patched, it will not
