RSVP follows directly after the mission Party Prep. The mission isn't terribly long and may not even require you to shoot at all if you're lucky.

Flesh-Stick
You're tasked with find Flesh-Stick and luring him back to Tiny Tina's place. Flesh-Stick is a Psycho type bandit so just get close enough for him to attack you and keep him at that distance to lead him back to Tina's. This mission may actually be easier with a single person rather than in co-op since it'll be easier to keep his attention fixed on one person this way.
The only tough part is if you have enemies in the camp that you find Flesh-Stick in. The trouble with this is that you then need to fight without accidentally killing Flesh-Stick. If he starts chasing after you, just start luring him and kill off anything that is coming up behind him. Eventually, you should have either left the rest of the enemies dead or far enough behind that they won't follow you. Take him to see Tina and she'll take care of the rest.
