A Badass Varkid is similar to an Adult or Mutated Varkid except that it is stronger and tougher in almost every way. These Varkid are very distinct because of their yellowish green armor plating all over its sleekly designed body. When one of these appears, it's important to try and kill all of the other minor Varkid as quickly as possible. The Badass Varkid has powerful shot attacks at range, a strong charging attack and melee attacks that can down most equally leveled Vault Hunters in two hits.
This Varkid packs some very heavy armor so the best way to deal with it is the use of Corrosive Weapons.
