The Sand Worm Queen is likely the first Sand Worm you encounter during the mission "My Life for a Sandskiff". She has the normal attack pattern of her kind, including burrowing and moving underground as well as spitting attacks. She has an additional ability that allows her to spit up Sand Worm Grubs which are similar to enemies like the Skag pup. They are small and hard to see but are rather weak and require little effort to kill.
She is of similar size to other Sand Worms or perhaps slightly bigger with a reddish coloration to her. Because of this, it can be difficult to distinguish her soft underbelly from the rest of her body to get critical hits.
