Falkreath Hold is a hold in souther Skyrim, with its capital in Falkreath. It is initially affiliated with the Imperial Legion, but can be captured by the Stormcloaks as part of the Civil War Quest Line.
Falkreath Hold is covered in pine forests and decribed by its citizens as being covered in a fine mist that makes it seem seasonless.The most important geographic feathure is Lake Ilinalta, which covers a large area of the hold.
